Twilight Isle is the capital and most populous city in the state of Simsonian. Twilight Isle's metropolitan area has a large population and constitutes the core of the Centre Twilight Ilse agglomeration. The Twilight Isle central business district stands on the original Simsonian settlement and is situated inside the metropolis. The metropolitan area extends in all directions along coast and inland. While the metropolitan area is governed by one municipality, a large proportion of central Twilight Isle is governed by the Twilight Isle City Council which is Simsonian's largest Local Government Area by population.
